2024 Breakthroughs or Barriers

I noticed it’s been a while since there was a new post in this category. I figured since it’s a new year it might be time to refresh The exercise conversation.
I have apathy. This makes it hard To get out of bed and get my butt exercising. Which is sad because I love to work out. On top of this I’ve been sick for two months. I’m recovering from upper respiratory illness so exercise is coming slowly. But enough of that.

I have the annoying dry cough that some news outlets have dubbed the 100 day cough. It does seem like it will last that long.
I don’t really have a plan. I have chaos in every other part of my life, that taking care of me is on the back burner.

Years ago I had the annoying dry cough that lasted 100+days. My doctor prescribed humidity and generic tussin cough syrup. It’s super dry in Colorado so I make sure to bump up the humidifier if I feel the cough coming on.

I would like to microwave minute exercises if I could just remember to get up and walk around the house for 10 minutes every hour or do some stretches every hour would really help but I enjoyed when you did those on TikTok microwave minutes to exercise

Thanks for the feedback. I was talking about my microwave minute exercises with my sister-in-law on Saturday. I’ve been posting weekly exercise challenges with the dice that my son got me for Christmas. But you’ve inspired me. In addition to the dice challenge, I will put out new microwave challenges.
