I weighed in this morning and I put on 3 lbs! I definitely need to kick this up a notch!
I didn’t gain but I haven’t lost any either. At least I am still moving and I will take it over weight loss any day.

Yesterday I went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the treadmill running and walking. Last night I only got three hours sleep so I did not work out today. I’m off of work tomorrow, so I’ll get a workout in the morning.
Forgot to weigh in on Tuesday. Probably not good, as going on hikes seems to create an urge for not-good food like cookies and stuff! Let’s see what the 22nd brings. Probably no gain, no clothes are tighter!
