August Fitness Challenge- Week 5

So we only have a couple of days left in August. I weighed myself this morning, and I was at 197 which is 1 pound more than when I started at the beginning of this month. Not the result I was hoping for, but honestly I’m not surprised given I did not diet at all. I have been g trim on the treadmill though. I know I can do better than I did this past month so I am going to try again in September with renewed conviction!

I would like to participate in the September challenge. In the last twelve weeks I’ve gone from 202lbs down to 192lbs. I’ve been stuck on 195lbs for the past five weeks. So happy to break that barrier. When I was diagnosed I was 165lbs wanting to get there again.
Great work to all that participated.

I will try again in September. Crossing fingers that Neurologist can help me with my neck pain so I can exercise again.

I’m in for September as well. I’ll actually watch what I eat! We can make this a monthly thing if we want.
