Anyone experienced debilitating fatigue? What helped? This fatigue is really getting to me and nothing seems to help.
Unfortunately, I have found nothing that works. If I get 7 hours of sleep then yeah but I am lucky to get 4 hours total. I wake up every hour to hour in a half. The more medication you take and increase the worse it gets. At least in my 13 year since diagnosis.
