Get Up and Move - October Week 3

Hey everyone! What’s the plan for exercise this week?

More Supernatural will definitely be part of this week’s episode. I have been using the quest more often than my other equipment. It’s so much fun and pulls you into a workout without even knowing. Thanks all for the suggestion. The investment is worth every penny.

Joined a gym, going twice a week.

I box with les mills on my quest 20min kicks my but🤪
I hit the gym 3 times a week. I really get immersed in my headset wacking Those targets what an awesome way to exercise.
Did you buy the quest 2 or 3 Just curious

I picked up a q3. Preorder it and I’m blown away. Amazing upgrade from the units I’ve tried five years ago.

Wow that’s cool. I’d like to get a quest 3. The augmented reality looks an awesome!

For workouts, I went on the treadmill a couple of times this week. I tried doing supernatural one time but my meds hadn’t kicked in yet and I really couldn’t move well. My sleep has been awful this week.

The visuals are amazing. Not may apps out yet to show augmented reality but the future is coming. It’s going to be fun to battle things in your own living spaces. I’m very impressed with the speed of the processor it definitely pulls the power. External batteries are a must.
