I’m away with a group of guys this week (one of whom has ALS) so not much from me until I get back but then I’m intending on smashing it out on the kettle bells…
I have been doing the VR Flow and box exercises along with my daily walks with my pups.
I’ve been riding my stationary bicycle twice a day and I added a rowing machine into my daily routine. I’ve been rowing before and after the cycling. If I’m feeling up to it I’ve been adding a rowing session after dinner. Very happy with the added full body workout that the rowing sessions provide.
Yesterday was weight lifing day my girlfriend wasn’t with me so I was unabe to send a video. Next video will be tomorrow. Today I will be going to a parkinson’s group meeting there going to have a guest speaker on d.b.s this will be interesting.
Walking, walking, and more walking! I had 45k steps last week compared to 32k the week before.
I’ll do Pilates reformer, walking and hopefully get back on the Peleton-
