I have recently heard of the spoon theory. It is to help explain fatigue and energy usage in people with chronic illnesses. I went to the dentist on Monday to get a filing. I made sure the dentist and assistant knew about PD and nerves and how it effects the tremors. But she asked if i was in pain cause i was shaking. I said no just PD. Well I can’t have you moving cause i don’t want to drill your cheek. So I practiced my deep breathing through my nose, and to not freak when i think i am choking. And i hugged my chest really tight. It helped for the rest of the time. But once I got into the car i had full body dramatic tremors for close to five minutes. It was weird. Has anyone had something like that before? I have also been drained since then and the dystonia is worse in my legs.
This is good article on it. What do you guys think?
