Hello, 60yo male here, recently retired, non medical diagnosis of PD, symptoms have stepped up, especially constipation. Very tight adductor, tight muscles in back, etc. Sorry if TMI. 
The latest and most serious symptoms have come on and advanced at a fast pace.
