Why? Anyone have insight?

Sad that this is a reality across many aspects of society. Lack of specialists is another big disparity. I recently learned that Dr. Barmore, who practices in Greeley and Loveland, is the only MDS north of Denver, along the Rockies, up to the Canadian border.

I get that, not many people up that way, and I suspect for most specialties and sub-specialties, a trip to Denver or SLC is expected.
