My wife picked the first batch of vegetables from her garden. She’s been working hard on this garden all summer.

Thanks! We usually enjoy many fresh vegetables this time of year due to her efforts! She rents a plot that’s pretty large, so this is actually the first haul of many.
Did you have a garden this year? If so, what do you typically grow?

I wish Barbara! I must give credit where credits due these vegetables are from my wife Nicole’s garden. 
Does your wife do a lot of canning? I have never had the green thumb like my mom. Do you have a favorite recipe that uses a lot of the veggies?
That’s absolutely wonderful that your wife does that. You can’t get any better nutrition than fresh vegetables. It’s very important to eat like that when you have parkinson’s.
She really loves having a garden every year. She rents a plot a town over from us and goes there a couple times a week to take care of things. She has been doing it for years.
Here is another batch that she harvested a couple weeks ago.
@ShakyLibraian she doesn’t do canning but she made some pickles recently. Here we have dill pickles, bread and butter pickles, and half sour pickles.

Yum pickles. Someone ob tik tok pointed out in vlasic and claussen pickles, the word pickle doesnt appear on the label.
