Walking briskly is a great exercise! Especially over uneven ground, like somewhat rocky trails. And there are plenty of those here in Colorado!

In the building where I live, there is a fully equipped gym on the main floor. No reason to not work out. If I’m having a good day with balance, I’ll get on the elliptical, but if not, so good, I’ll get on the recumbent bike. There’s a universal machine, treadmill’s, hand and arm machines, as well as free weights and exercise balls.

I tried rock steady boxing, but didn’t really care for it. It just didn’t click with me. I am much happier with a podcast on a cardio machine.
