I’ve found that reducing sugar and processed foods to be helpful all around. Doesn’t have to be a specific “diet “ - for instants, Mediterranean is not easy for me because I just plain don’t like fish. However, having about 3/4 veggies and 1/4 proteins on my plate seems to work well supplements are also important, we all need magnesium and calcium for a good cell health.

The autoimmune protocol has worked best for me and has the added benefit of helping with my arthritis.
