Hello mike,
I myself stick to a schedule. I take my medication every 6 to 6 1/2 hours. I exercise at the gym regularly 4 times a week and go to the community pool 3 times a week for pool exercise I Also I’m on a plant-based diet.
High protein foods are now a thing of the past for me. This keeps my mind busy and healthy. I also attend online support groups and go to imperson support groups.
I started a small hobby business involving dogs, which are my therapy! I have somewhere I need but want to be, for many days of the week. It’s situated in a craft community centre called the Courtyard where I’ve met lots of fellow traders and customers all of which know my situation and are incredibly supportive. Surround yourself with positive people.,
Meds at strict times of the day are must. And when I’m tired, I give in to the feeling and rest. Listening to my body, or rather my brain!
That is awesome. I have a great pyrenees, her name is Olive and is three years old. And does she have the sassy attitude of a teenager, gives the side eye and an eye roll when she doesn’t want to do anything.
Congratulations!!
Oh wow, how gorgeous!
Thanks so much!
